Explorer pass was completely worth the money. We had no issues at any attractions.
It was great to book my activities in advanced and I planned ahead, how to explorer the city. I had 3 activities through my explorer pass and I am so happy about my choices, statue of liberty-cruise, hop-on hop-off bus and Empire State building.
